Villa Maria has a very spacious and partly covered terrace that continues into the garden, giving you access to the surrounding fields. You will never tire of the views from your own private terrace in a south-westerly and westerly direction.

Villa Maria can host four guests.
In the nearby village of Logothetianika you will find ‘Karidies’ taverna, a distance of only 5 minutes’ walk. The closest beach is Lykodimou along the west coast, 8 minutes by car, famous for spectacular sunsets. Close to Katsoulianika is the main town of Potamos with several shops and restaurants. You see, despite the rural setting of Katsoulianika, Villa Maria is centrally located on the island and therefore an ideal base for discovering Kythira during your holiday.
Villa Maria is open all year around.
YOUR PERSONAL PARADISE
Villa Maria has a modern design and is fully equipped. On the ground floor is the kitchen and the living area. A comfortable couch can be converted into two single beds. The bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Climbing up the internal stone staircase you reach the first floor with a double bed.

Prices are per night and inclusive of cleaning, bed linen and towels. Cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels are twice a week.
If you want to stay in Villa Maria with more than 2 persons, we ask a surcharge of € 10,00 for every extra person.
